These Two. I have to say, we work with some pretty lovely people in this business, but creating a wedding film for Ollie and Jenna, was so delightful in everyway. We knew when we met them at Silkstone All Saints Church back in the Spring, that they were lovely, and we really couldn't wait to see the pretty pastel hues, gold and sparkle and all the exquisite details that Jenna described for her big day, in action. We were not disappointed. As well as getting to hang out with the fantastic fine art photographer that is Georgina Harrison all day (you can see her beautiful photos here; http://georginaharrisonphotography.co.uk/2014/07/yorkshire-wedding-photography-smallshaw-farm-marquee-wedding-jenna-ollie/), we were all in agreement that we were spoilt with glamour and natural sophistication. For Jenna, bridal preparation started at the family home, whilst Ollie warmed up the fantastic Smallshaw Farm cottages with his merry groomsmen. On arrival at the church, hues of pastel corals and ivory flowers hung beautifully on the dark wooden pews, framing the sweeping isle. Ollie looked exceptionally dashing, and with best man Joe by his side, they greeted guests and made sure everything was 'just so'. Jenna's dress was gorgeous, graceful and timeless, she stole everybody's glances as she walked the isle in her Jimmy Choo shoes, with her Father by her side.
Preceding the LONGEST confetti run we have ever witnessed, was a fabulous party and reception at Smallshaw Farm. Guests were treated to a wonderful brass band during drinks on the lawn, playing an array of tunes. The most gorgeous ivory marquee, complete with ivory star curtain, hosted the celebrations. We were in a setting so picturesque and breathtaking, we found it hard to get a bad angle. Friends For Dinner catered the day, even guests got to play at chef, with each table presented with chefs hat and carving tools for the main course.
Into the evening we were treated to a One Direction number for Ollie and Jenna's first dance, and a bombardment of beaver masks - a nod to Jenna's former surname and hen doo. It was a truly stunning day, and we felt really honoured to have had the opportunity to create a wedding film for these two. We were so humbled by such praise for the final product, which you can read here in our testimonials. All that is left to say is all the best, and so much love to the two of you for a fantastic future together. Watch the trailer to their film here;
