We couldn't have asked for a nicer couple to kick off our year then Wei Wei and Scott! Alongside a host of fantastic wedding suppliers, and held at wedding venue Rise Hall, it was our pleasure to create this wedding film for them. Armed with catering from the absolutely sublime Annika's Apron, and the lovely Cherry Williams makings the spaces look super lovely, we were in for a real treat and the day didn't disappoint. We love shooting at Rise, beautiful grounds for filming in and super spaces, like the luxurious library and amazing ballroom. We were delighted to offer our first 4K shoot too and we are super pleased with the result! Here's just a small taster of a really beautiful day!
We were lucky enough to be invited to head to Surrey to create a wedding film at the fabulous Farnham Castle . We loved working with our amazing clients Sophie and Matt who were so natural in front of the camera, making our lives super easy. They were blessed with fantastic weather for a February wedding, it really was beautiful blue skies day. The wedding party spend most of their time outside the castle, enjoying the sunshine with a glass of champagne. Sophie and Matt loved our signature wedding film style and were super happy with this wedding trailer and their final wedding film.
Gorgeous and girly the stunning setting at Rudding Park is to die for. Watch out for the amazing surprise fireworks display that Jolene managed to keep secret from Emma! We loved working with the very talented Georgina Harrison Photography! A beautiful day from start to finish, loved this wedding so very much! Congrats girls!
This was such an amazing wedding day just outside of York. We loved the beautiful setting at Aldby Park and the stunningly decorated sperry tent. Rustic details, countryside theme and a whole lot of fun was had.
Cat and Charlie had the most gorgeous wedding day, filmed at Bignor Park in West Sussex. The reception was held is a gorgeous Papakata sperry tent and decorated with rustic Spanish inspired flowers and decor. A beautiful little film here, inspired by gorgeous light and beautiful people.
We absolutely loved filming with Alan and Sarah for their amazing day, held at our favourite, St Mary's Church in Beverley and then onto the KP Club in Pocklington. Our dream team was made up of the delightful Vicki Sudderby Hair and Make Up team doing a sterling job as usual, amazing naked cake by Caroline Couture Cakes, slamming it once again with those damn fine florals, Sarah Nicholson, The Floral Lounge and the brilliant photography team, Sarah Beth Photo and Megan Sarah Photography. We loved working with these guys, such a fun day and amazing results for Sarah and Alan all round.
We are so lucky that we are so often booked by clients that just really get us and our style and vision, and these guys did just that. Everything about their day, from Sarah's finesse and attention to the on the day details. The beautiful styling, choice of suppliers and everything else just blended effortlessly together. The family and friendships really shone at this wedding and it was just a delight to capture. We really did have a blast. Here's a little taster of their wedding day. Enjoy. x
When we dream about beautiful weddings and classic elegance, this is the wedding we have in mind. A stunning and peaceful spot for a romantic ceremony at the ancient St Peter's Church in Heysham followed by a elegently styled dream-come-true wedding reception at the gorgeous The Royal Hotel in Kirkby Lonsdale was the day of all dreams, for Ricky and Rebecca. The day was delightfully crafted together by the sublime Tebbey & Co and captured in full beauty by the ever talented Rachel Heyton Photography - a match made in heaven. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day and every time we watch this trailer, we wish for Autumn and all the romance that comes with it. x
It was a family-led fun filled International day for the lovely Percy and Louise at the Baltic Mill in Newcastle. We loved working with fab photographer Sean Elliot Photography and the team at the Baltic seamlessly running the day to perfection. It was great to work with industrial textures and vibrant colours, Louise's vision was really stunning and we loved the bright balloons and the grand entrance over the Bridge. Newcastle is a fab setting for a wedding, its urban landscape was such fun to work with, especially as we had a dark and stormy day with intermittent rays of glorious sunshine! We loved it! Here is a little taster, and we wish them both a wonderful life together. x
Ian and Rebecca wed at the darling St Michael and All Saints Church in Hathersage, a pretty country church followed by a beautiful reception at the Losehill Hall Hotel. Rebecca and her stunning bridesmaids prepped at the family home with the help of the brilliant Victoria Farr make up artist. The service was followed by a brilliant reception attended by the West End Singing Waiters a surprise for all guests (even the Groom!) from bride Becky. Ian and his entourage of chaps suited and booted arrived in style in their Rally cars, a first for us! We loved their beautiful wedding and wish them all the very best. Here is a little offering of their special day...
I don't think we have ever worked at a wedding where the entire congregation give the Bride and Groom a standing ovation with cheers and whoops as the Bride walks down the isle, but this one did! This fabulous international pair had a jet setting bunch who couldn't be more vocal about how they felt attending this lovely wedding! Anyone who gets 'Hubby' and 'Wifey' Converse trainers gets cheer in our eyes! It was also the best religious ceremony we have attended, where everyone was included and encouraged to take part. It was so personal and beautifully conducted, a real dream to shoot.
We loved Laura's details of orange and white florals against the dramatic and historical castle backdrop. The wedding breakfast room was truly stunning and no detail was overlooked. We are really happy to share with you this very special trailer. The final film is in the edit at the moment and it just reminds us how special and beautiful a wedding day really is when you have everyone you love by your side.
The lovely Paula and Johnny wed in their treasured home town of Glasgow. Their venue of choice, a church situated a stones throw from their family home and the delightful boutique hotel, One Devonshire Gardens. Traditional pipes, kilts, and buttonholes wrapped with thistle gave the day it's Scottish feel. Whisky made the favours and was the tipple of choice for many during the festivities. Good times working with photographer Claudia Rose Carter and the team at One Devonshire. A beautiful Jenny Packham gown and lots of smiles. Here's a little film of their gorgeous day. Congratulations Johnny and Paula! x
We are so delighted to be able to share with you this little film of Tony & Harmeet's big day. The nature of the Sikh wedding meant that we had some beautiful and amazing footage to look forward to and the day didn't disappoint! Tony & Harmeet booked us over a year ago and we had been looking forward to their wedding for ages!! We talked on many occasions about the order of the day and the process in which the ceremonies and events would unfold, organising a large wedding for over 200 people isn't an easy feat! Tony, Harmeet and their wonderful families did an outstanding job. A very traditional Sikh ceremony was held at the Guru Nanak Nishkam Sewak Jatha, Leeds, followed by a delightful cocktail hour and wedding breakfast held at the fabulous Oulton Hall. Everyone looks absolutely beautiful dressed in traditional sari's and headdresses. We joined Tony for his preparations at home, with friends and family joining him for the celebrations. Both families participated in a traditional Milni on arrivals at the Gurdwara and we loved observing their closeness and delight in being together as a family. It was really wonderful.
We loved spending time with our gorgeous couple, and when it came to the dancing, we all almost jumped up and joined them. We must mention working with Qu Photographer who was brilliant on the day and worked seamlessly in a very documentary style. What a brilliant day, with beautiful, beautiful people and we couldn't be more happier to have shared in their very special day. We wish them both the happiest of lives together. x
George and Lorna put on a beautifully rustic day at the fabulous Askham Hall. This stunning location lends itself so gracefully to those tiny details that makes each wedding so unique. A rustic, vintage travel theme graced us on George and Lorna's big day, and we were so excited to be back at one of our favourite venues! The barn looked stunning with hand tied flowers, bay trees and orbs of light hanging effortlessly from the vaulted beams. We loved the vintage camera centre pieces for the wedding breakfast and lace edged cakes. It is so inspiring seeing different venues tackle the changing seasons, and with the end of Winter nearly upon us and as if so timely, the tinniest of buds and daffodils carefully blessed the day, a hint at the begging of a new life and a bright future for George and Lorna. It was the perfect day to mark the beginnings of Spring and we wish this lovely two all the best for the happiest of ever afters.
I think this might be our absolute most favourite wedding film trailer of all time. I just LOVE Kate. She is so beautiful, like something out of a MGM Hollywood film in the 1940's. Not to mention her stunning Jenny Packham dress which she truly rocked. Her partner James was a very dapper gentleman indeed and the two of them together, divine. I actually cried at this wedding, James made Kate a wonderful slideshow of pictures of her as a baby through to the two of them together, it was so lovely, I can't even tell you. Kate's creativity and style was extremely high up on the glamour scale. The room she had crafted (yes she did most of this herself - including the flowers!!) was a sea of ivory and crystal, reflective glass, glittering sliver beads, soft white peonies, ribbons and vintage style buttons and clasps, it was such a dream. Bundles of baby's breath made for stunning centre pieces balanced high up on glass plinths and silver candelabras, surrounded by hundreds of candles. The venue, Subton Hall as the back drop to this amazing day, was perfect, it's extensive grounds and impressive architecture oozes sophistication and old English charm. We wish both of them the biggest congratulations and love, and best wishes for their future together. Watch their trailer here....
The lovely Kevin and Lucy held a beautiful wedding at the gorgeous East Riddlesden Hall in Keighley. It was an explosion of rustic, vintage, pastel gorgeousness and these two were so scrumptiously in love it really made our hearts melt. Wedding styling and overall vintage charm was catered for by the amazing Simply Vintage Events. The barn at East Riddlesden makes for a stunning venue and it was made all the more unique by Lucy's vision and creativity, the details were really something. Heavy rain added to the atmosphere, giving the day a rustic and romantic feel (and we love rain on film!!). Dark skies made way for a dashing of sunlight for the evening party a nod to the two of them as they celebrated away into the night. We felt really lucky to have been asked to capture their very special day, here is a little teaser of their wedding film....
We know, having spoken to many brides, that a wedding film is not at the top of the list when organising a wedding. We also know from all our previous clients that having a wedding film is one of the best decisions that couples feel they made after their wedding. We are regularly told that it is our wedding film and not the photographs that the couple get out year after year on their anniversary, and it is our film that brought everyone to tears. A good photograph is a beautiful memento of the day, but the real and full emotion can only be captured in a wedding film. That is why we take great pride in knowing someone has been moved to tears by every single film we have made so far! Another thing that we often hear is how lovely the couple find watching the wedding video and seeing things that they missed on the day. Often, they say, their weddings went by so quickly that they didn’t really have time to enjoy it or fully absorb everything that was happening and so having a wedding film means that they can experience all those things properly again and again.
Also, a lot of people aren't aware that wedding films have changed an incredible amount in the last few years. Gone are the days of the four hour, realtime wedding film that you can only bring yourself to watch through once before putting it on a shelf. Wedding films now look and feel like beautiful, cinematic short films and are watchable again and again, helping you to relive your wedding day without putting aside hours to do it.
The absolutely gorgeous Danielle and Stuart were hitched over the Christmas break, and what a stunning wedding it was. From first meeting the beautiful, immaculate Danielle, I knew, as her eyes danced describing the 'winter wonderland' theme, glittering and sparkling in an array of ivory and silver, it would be amazing. A crisp day in the heart of Leeds, bleaching, flaring sunlight filled our lenses, as we filmed the imposing St Anne's Cathedral. Observing midday mass, as we sussed out the venue, a creeping sense of tranquillity and quiet was upon us, as though it was giving this lovely couple an approving nod. Capturing those first glimpses of Danielle and her girls, wrapped in ivory fur and hands full of frothing bundles of gypsophila was, simply, wonderful.
Festivities continued at the fabulous Stansfield Arms. A white marquee in the grounds hosted a haven of pristine decor, and the most indulgent and mouth watering assortment of puddings and cakes we have ever witnessed. Tables were set with sparkling candelabras and arrangements of white and ivory flowers, an air of sophistication filled the room. The mood was set by the sounds of the superb Neill Ryan.
Aesthetic beauty aside, (and everything at this wedding was beautiful!!), we were truly touched and warmed by the love of Danielle and Stuart from their nearest and dearest, and for each other. There was a glow of love and adoration from every face in the room for this couple, and it shone, brighter then any of the glittering decor.
It wasn't long before the amazing Peggy Sarsfield and Co got the floor moving and the rest is history. The term 'knee's up!' is an understatement!
All in all, we are delighted to present the trailer to Danielle and Stuart's film, and are even more humbled and warmed by the invite to join them for their stunning day, and can only wish them all the happiness and luck in the world for their future together.
Here is it;
